Please read the terms and conditions below before placing an order on this site. By placing an order with Hamco Heating Ltd. on hamco.ie you agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

You as the customer are responsible for checking that all details of your order are correct. You can make your payment using your credit card through Pay Pal's world leading secure online payments system even if you don't have a PayPal account.

If you don't already have a PayPal account just click the link that says "Don't have a PayPal Account?" and you can continue to pay with your credit card [see image below]. This will update the payments screen allowing you to enter your credit card details directly. Choosing this option you will also then have the option of setting up a PayPal account to use in the future. Setting up a PayPal account involves a one-off set-up with your Name, Address and credit card details and allows you to make secure online purchases and payments on any site where you see the Pay with PayPal logos.

Please note customers will only be contacted by us if their order cannot be processed in full. Every effort shall be made by hamco.ie to process orders in full and on time. Any time or date for delivery given by the Company is given in good faith but is an estimate only.

The Company shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to fulfill any of its obligations under the Order nor be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Buyer or any third party by reason of any delay in delivery of the Goods or any part thereof caused directly or indirectly by any act of God, war, government or parliamentary restriction, import or export regulation, strike, lockout, trade union dispute, fire, theft, flooding, breakdown of plant or premises, failure of computer system or supplies or by virtue of transportation problems or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of the Company.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Back orders can take up to 28 Days.
